The experience was awful. I was charged much more than the estimate. The movers insisted on building crates for both my dining room mirror and for my outdoor patio table top. The movers could not unpack the crates they built and had to contract with a third party to unpack the mirror and patio table top. This was over a week after the move and was not in the estimate. The movers would not move my televisions, and I had to contract with a third party to move and set up the tv's. Several items were damaged and the company was... read more
First time, we moved with Olympia, we had a great experience; last time, not so much. 1.Instead of coming out to see how much stuff we had, they made an estimate based on one phone chat. As a result, the two trucks were not really sufficient. 2.They literally stuffed the second truck, pushing things in, hard. Our antique piano got banged up, as did several lamps. 3.We also had to leave a few items behind. 4.
