Austin in the service department was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us. The general manager, John Brown, was very accommodating and did what needed to be done to resolve the problem and make us repeat customers. Thank you Olympia Nissan we love our new Armada!!!

Great people, not a bad experience but a added paint protectant was added to the total cost which I rejected. They said it was put on but wasn’t. Cost was $390.00 which they said they would give me three oil changes. Seams a little short and not a $390.00 value, and no paperwork to use the service. Disappointed in the inconvenience and money out of my pocket!!
