If I could give more stars I would. Went to many dealerships in my area and felt discouraged. The service locally made me never to want to buy a new car, however, Flood and the team made me have hope in dealerships again. Flood and the finance team explained everything clearly, concisely, and did not try to sneak in extra packages. I was there because my interior fan was failing, I needed a new set of tires, and I wanted a thorough cleaning (inside and out). After inspection, I was informed that my brake pads needed replacing, and my battery terminals required cleaning. I appreciate the oversight and agree to all of it. The work unexpectedly took us into the next day, and I needed a ride home to Tenino. Tiara was very nice and very helpful in selling us the car. She made it easy and being seniors took her time explaining things to us. Same with the financial person sorry forgot his name. The person who cleaned the car I am 81 and I could do a lot better job than maybe nobody did clean our car?
Service Department is amazing and helpful! The people who washed the vehicle could and should have done a better job but oh well. Dealer itself definitely needs work in the management and sales department. I will continue to work with Nissan service department in Olympia but next time we buy we will definitely go somewhere else.
We felt welcome, both by sales (Damian) and Finance (Chet). They both made us comfortable and were knowledgeable about their products. They answered all our questions so that we could make an informed decision. Damian went over and beyound spending time to ensure that we understood the options and differences between the vehicles we were interested in. I made the best decision that I could for the two vehicles we were purchasing. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you
