Our vehicle before that a titan.xd. different salesman still keith helped me and went out of his way to make sure I knew vehicle components . Wow. "Happy with Jackie & the service tech, not the new policy" Service dept-Customer service person, Jackie, is great to work with. She is professional and welcomes people to the service dept with enthusiasm. I also spoke with a service tech who was knowledgeable and honest. There are snacks and beverages while you wait. I'm not an auto expert but the work must be done well as they have kept my car going for about 155,000 miles, and it's still humming along.
