Service was a snap to schedule. Staff very friendly and efficient. Actual service was fast and thorough. Waiting area comfortable. Owner loyalty manager followed up after visit. Typical of the service experience I have had here for the last 4 1/2 years since also buying the car here.
Always good experience with service dept. Sales not so much. The manager was too pushy. The salesman was good but seemed to have his hands tied
I came in for a simple oil change on my lunch break and was helped by Bruce. He is very professional and friendly, and never tries to pressure or upsell you on extra services, but educates you on what is best for your car. He is knowledgeable and courteous and I love going to this dealership for express services!
I've had a couple amazing experiences with these folks - they did an awesome job on detailing my nissan versa's interior, and when they couldn't fit me in right away to do the outside, they have me a coupon for a free one any time I wanted. They were also very prompt about replacing my airbag after the recall, gave me a really nice brand new rental, and were VERY flexible and chill when I needed a few days to come pick it up.
I am pleased with the service I receive at the Nissan dealership In Olympia. I believe the service staff has the expertise to get the job done well. However, I am finding it very expensive to keep my car in good working condition
I was greeted with a smile and obvious interest in meeting my needs as a customer. Bruce took care of my every need and personalized the experience... he made sure I had water or coffee and explained what had been worked on. Bruce showed me the dirty air filter with an option to replace it if I wanted. I trust Bruce and give him my highest rating for service.
Everyone was efficient, friendly, and helpful. In and out fast with a comfortable waiting area. I overheard the staff helping another customer and I was impressed with their friendliness.
The Absolute BEST service I've had yet with Nissan service in Sales. I've bought quite a few vehicles, Never...have I had the salesman help me unload my trade in belongs to the New vehicle! I had a lot! As I emptied my storage unit. Completely awesome help on going through new car options. I would come back in a heart beat for Daniel Thank you so much !! High 10 rating! If there was higher rating...id choose that !!
Very attentive and knowleadgeable staff who work with you to ensure a great customer experience. Pros and cons were discussed in details, didn’t feel rushed or pressured and am very happy with car selection.
