I went to Olympia Nissan to look at a vehicle in person after being turned down multiple times by other dealerships both online and in person. I decided this would be my last try if I get turned away again. I am SO GLAD we went! I have serious credit challenges due to fighting a battle with cancer, these guys are FANTASTIC! We had to buy 2 cars in the span of 2 months due to unforeseen life events. The first one we found at Olympia Nissan and drove 100 miles there because it was a good deal. The whole buying process was seamless and we were blown away by their customer service. Nissan has very good service and trust I will always have them service my car.
Was given the wrong keys and couldn't find my car as it wasn't done. Other than than that the waiting area was very clean. People that I worked with was friendly and informative.
