My first time at Olympia Nissan for service went well. People were very professional and answered all questions slowly and accurately. Though I was not looking for a new car I was approached by a sales person who was not pushy but simply said that if I had any questions about their cars we are always here to help you with any questions and that they always committed to making sure the customer gets exactly what they want. I am a resident of the city of Bellingham, yet I greatly prefer to go to the Olympia dealership. Their professionalism, speed and overall quality greatly exceeds that of Bellingham’s. I’d highly recommend and suggest to anyone that if you’re heading to the Olympia region for any holiday or weekend, schedule appointments with Olympia Nissan. I know I will.

Jessica was my customer service agent and she was super friendly. She kept me apprised of everything that was happening, let me know what parts needed replacing, asked for permission, got my car cleaned, and sent me on my way. The waiting room is comfortable and even the customers were friendly to each other. This place is better than a Starbucks for meeting people.
