The product looks solid. A bit confusing on how to install
I have over 800 positive buys. In all that time I have only returned 1 item. I requested a refund due to missing parts. Additionally this is my first negative review. the box the items came in was damaged on both end. with the appears of being on shelves and moved around for years. The seller requested proof of the missing parts. I have 2 words for the seller and they are not "thank you". on the other hand, one of the other I have for the seller is the word "you."
