What a pain it was dealing with this company. I received a damaged box and one of the boards was dented from the poor packaging job inside the box. After weeks of going back and forth with the company with numerous messages stating I would just like another set of boards delivered to me, it seemed like I got a new person to deal with because apparently nobody would read my message(s) stating I wanted another set. After every message, I was asked if I want a refund or another set.

They sent me the wrong middle mats. I tried to get them to send me just those. I was willing to send the middle mats back. It was a hassle. So, I mailed the entire package back. They only gave me a partial refund because they said the mats were dirty. Yes, because we installed the front and only needed middle mats. Will never buy from this seller again. Poor quality control--sending the wrong mat. Poor communication. Then blaming the buyer for their mistake. Value was bad. Wrong product. Bad.
