I ended up returning this item and would not recommend purchasing it due to the noise the product emits while driving at speeds above 18mph. They look nice and the value is right for what you get, but overall I was not satisfied with the performance. It was new and showed no signs of prior use upon arrival. The seller did give a partial refund.
