I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service and product unfortunately. This is the third time I have bought from this company. My first time I have no complaints. My second the product was faulty. And now, I received a product that “fits my vehicle” but then the instructions for installation does not give my specifications for my car and I’ve reached out NUMEROUS times and have been told to take a picture of the sku and the product. Not sure why if the racks “FIT” my car.
