Item works mostly as described. It is a cheaply made floor mat, similar to weathertec or smartliner. It is not of the same quality, but for the price is a good value. They look nice enough, and work adequately. The drivers front mat disconnects from the tabs in the car very easily so it does not stay in place well. Other than that just fine.
Customer service was quick to answer but didn’t really provide a satisfactory resolution. The mats fit except the retention clips on the driver side don’t match. It says it fits 2019-2025 etron. Ebay vehicle fit check also says the same. They only offered me a 10% refund rather than replacing with a proper fitting product. Returns are also only accepted if it’s in original condition. Buy on Amazon instead. I ended up spending more because of this + a better fitting mat.
