Need better packing
Watched the instructional video on youtube about installation. Installation was pretty easy since most of the kit was preassembeld. The Quality and Condition of the cross bars are very good. After installion found out that the package was missing the end caps , reached out to customer service and after couple of messages explaining what was missing OMAC shipped me the missing parts promptly. Overall very satisifed with the customer service and the product.
Fitment wasn't great.... but they do work. Must be because of the years that fitment spans. 2003-2008. But if it's 3D printed from scans of the car, I'd expect perfect fitment. The piece that is supposed to go over the hump in the back seat? Yeah, that needed to be cut out entirely. Most of the edges or "walls" that hold the liquids or spills on the mat are just too big and are crinkled. The mats have to be crushed in to fit in some spots, loose in others? How is that possible.
