Nice alternative to the costly OEM version. Everything feels solid, was new, and looked great. Simple to assemble all be it there is a little pin in the clasps that likes to slide out during assembly. So don’t do this in the grass. 😄

Roof Rack was delivered with the packaging damaged but the racks themselves were perfect and undamaged. Instructions were lacking and confusing but once we figured it out we got them on just fine. It's a but of a tight squeeze on my 21 BMW M550i which has me concerned for the paint inside the fixed mounting point holes but seems solid and held our gear just fine for our 550 mile trip to the mountains. Causes a little bit of wind noise but not much and looks pretty ok so overall a great value!
Decent mats, however not as deep grooves as I would like for winter. I went with a different set. The return experience was essy-peasy. No complaints!!! A+++ eBayer
