Initially, the seller reached out and said to contact them with any problems if the item didn’t fit (this was before the item even shipped). When it arrived, the box was wrapped with two separate boxes, tape together. The accessories were loose in the box and the glue and screws were missing. The racking appeared to be previously used. I sent pictures to them upon their request and they wanted me to reply and say that the package was damaged by the carrier. Trying to return with eBay’s help now.
