poor communication, back & forth stalling, refusal to acknowledge my past few emails repeatedly asking to ship the ONE part of 4 damaged. theyr playing this banter game trying their best to redirect my concerns IMO no honor here. if I hadnt of mounted the 3 items already I would have returned everything but being the last part was damaged and its bonded on the trim by double sided tape any attempt to remove it would damage my existing door trim. now Im stuck w/ it
