It was new as far I could see it was slightly bent these things occur sometimes when they change especially with fed ex where I live. I straightened it out & put it on so far so good. Fits perfectly good value after seeing it I wish it hadn't been so much but Im not gonna complain too much bought from this company b4 so I feel secure with my purchase 🤷♀️
