Sent a used or returned item, wrapped in cellophane. Parts missing or not usable. Slow to help, I should have just asked for a replacement or refund. The process to return that is way to difficult to do or explain. Had to purchase tape to finish installing. Way too long to partially fix a problem. Parts sent almost 3 weeks later. Disappointed with the company but in the end I was Able to make it look and function well.
