They did NOT include the free burgers, I only noticed when I looked for them a week later. Their excuse was it doesn't come up in their computer system. So the Omeha steak place doesn't have the special offers come up in their own computer. If you go make sure they pack it, unless you'd like to get RIPPED OFF as well.

I felt compelled to write a review solely due to the lower rating that this establishment has been getting. I called earlier today to ask if I was able to pick up their apple tartlets as a walk-in customer and the person who picked up the phone was very courteous and professional. I then stopped by the store to pick up a few more dessert items and was welcomed by the same lovely lady who assisted me during my phone call and gentleman. Steak quality has gone way down hill. 3 out of the 4 steaks had thick chewy marbling. Almost half of each Steak was inedible.

Went in Ridgewood Omaha Steaks.Asked about a standing rib roast/lady behind counter told me there was no such thing..When goggling STANDING RIB ROAST on Omaha Steaks it immediately comes up.Lady was more interested in talking down to me,than making a sale.It is a beautiful store definitely need to train employees.Lost a sale and future sales.
