I really enjoyed my first time in person experience here. Whoever helped me was so kind even though I placed my order day of they still accommodated me and have in store discounts like BOGOS often
Customer service - there simply is none. I can't say if they are good or bad or can help with an issue because they simply put you on hold for literally hours. 3x i have been on hold for 3+ hours. I gave up. I don't have the time and life is too short. I will never use them. because they can't help if there is a problem. I hate doing negative reviews. It’s not how I’m built. In this situation, however, I want to share my experience to help others along the way make a decision about where to spend their money. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. My elderly parents were in a challenging time with their health and I wanted to send some meals that they could just throw in the oven to help them out. Placed an order on a Saturday Said it be delivered by 5pm on Sunday….. was late(not a big deal) The girl that delivered them only gave us 1 of 2 packages. Trying to talk to somebody in customer service was a nightmare. They had no idea about it. The order saying they were both delivered. Will never buy again from them.
They delivered my stuff with no dry ice and it was warm. I’m pissed off because they would not expedite a gift that was sent and it ruined our Christmas because the meat came rotten cause somebody left it on their truck and they do not put it in the foam anymore and just put it in foil lined box.
