Don't go here unless you wanna feel not listened to.i have a big lab and she needed a bladder ultrasound. They said she needs to be flipped on her back for it. We said she's already extremely nervous and she hates trying to be moved. They didn't listen. No muzzle, no sedation. The vet techs quickly flipped her on her back which resulted in a very small bite to a vet techs finger. If you get stuck at work, and cannot make your appointment they will not see you pet at all. To me that screams they do not care about the pet. I'm glad I found out now before spending money on a business that does not care.
Honestly I’m kinda disappointed with how they did my boy’s surgery honestly takin his balls and leaving sack they should’ve done it clean as if nothing was ever there now I will be in constant regret honestly such a simple procedure that just looks done sloppy honestly sad about this……..:( I have been going here 5 yrs advice of a friend that friend that friend has since left unsatisfied and over priced he had been going there 12yrs and had advised me not to and I wish I woulda listened why would you leave an empty ball bag ... read more
On vacation in area with 2 small dogs.Our yorkie pulled ACL in severe pain. I called this clinic and the one in winneconne , same owners looking for appointment. We were told that they are not accepting new patients. I practically begged, willing to pay extra for a short appointment, just to get pain meds. Still denied appointment. They could care less for pet.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! DON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE FOR ANY CARE.
RecommendedI'm super disappointed. I was so excited to bring my Doberman here. Only to realize they have no experience in the breed. Not very inviting because I had my child with me due to him not having pre k today. Thanks for the let down! I had such high hopes.
