I underwent lower jaw surgery with Dr. Porter and had such a wonderful experience! The whole team made the process go so smoothly and were very thorough with all my pre and post op questions. My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed, and we had an amazing experience. The doctor and staff were incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the process with care and professionalism. This was actually our second consult — and we’re so glad we chose to go with this team. From start to finish, everything was clearly explained and handled with compassion. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at OMSA! The entire staff was incredibly personable, welcoming, and attentive throughout my jaw surgery journey. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Porter and his team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was so kind, answered all my questions, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My recovery was surprisingly smooth — no pain, no swelling, and I was back to eating normally within a week. 10/10 recommend Dr. Porter and this office for anyone needing dental surgery!
Dr Ratliff and his staff are one in a million. My daughter just had her wisdom teeth out and it was a very positive experience. They answer all of your questions, couldn't have been more caring, and made sure my daughter had the best experience possible. They even give you their cell phone numbers for after hour concerns and questions, which we had to use, and got a very prompt response.
