Great friendly service, staff is super professional. I used to go to the Oakland Subaru service center, but switched over to Hayward because of the excellent customer service.

Always helpful & explain how I ended up at the shop
The service was for the installation of a trailer hitch. The parts were delivered on time. Installation was performed quickly and accomplished very well. I was kept informed of the progress and provided a loaner vehicle at no cost. I have been very impressed with all of my interactions with one Subaru of Hayward!
