The service adviser Shamoun is great! My 2023 is due for 10k maintenance then they fixed the recall . They provided me a Lyft ride to go home and when I’m ready to pick up the vehicle. Also they did the car wash and ready to go. Thank you !

Great and fast service the only thing is they don’t offer no more car wash service but I’m sure they can do something about it if they want.

I had a perfect experience at One Toyota of Oakland with Elias Faizi. After visiting and experiencing other Toyota dealerships, it was so refreshing to see that we never had to negotiate to remove dealer add-ons we didn't want. I could have walked out of the door with just the new truck if I wanted too. The entire process took around 2.5 hours and I was able to drive my new truck off the lot. I would recommend anyone looking for a no-haggle experience to come here.
