Joel Black salesman 5 star's Joel Black made it real easy and his knowledge and expertise on the rav4 superior job Joel and his sales manager 5 star's on the other hand was highly disappoint in the detail shop but it was late at night

Quick, Easy, helpful Was assisted by BC. Reached out online about a car I was interested in. Was contacted shortly afterwards by BC and we set up a test drive for the next morning. Despite me showing up late to my appointment BC was super nice and dedicated his time exclusively to me. Didn’t pressure me into buying anything and even shared that I might not need certain mainetence packages based on my buying situation which saved me a few hundred bucks. Great service The attention to our needs and requests were prompt and efficacious. We were matched to the truck with the capabilities and appointments we were looking for and received quick installation of the additional cab steps and roof rack we requested.
