Chase provides exceptional custom service to me 1st got my two cars serviced at this dealership, Chase took care me twice, and he always provided the exceptional customer service to me. I don’t think I will go to other dealerships other than One Toyota Oakland.
5/21/19 The service staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have even been able to help me when I had a breakdown and came in without an appointment. I would definitely recommend One Toyota.

Quick, easy, informative Even without an appointment, staff was accommodating and explained everything from what the inspection entails, to how when and how many service visits I have left. It couldn’t have been easier for my first time at that facility. I was quoted an hour for service and they finished in about half that.
Excellent service The staff are very nice, approachable, very helpful and polite. They do great work and they do make sure they inform the customers about the works they've done. I love this place so much! Highly recommended!
A dealership so good, you’ll want to come vack I did a Little searching the other day for a used Prius car with all the safety features. OneToyota is 1 price — no gimmicks, no nonsense. Wonderful Friendly Service Chase was wonderful! He was so friendly, listened to my needs, and made sure I was taken care of. Not only that he got me out of service right on time!
