Rxcellent customer service I have used One Toyota for many years. I have consistently received excellent service from a friendly, knowledgable staff. I highly recommend their service department.
Good experience overall. Just took too long. This is a clean and modern location. They have comfortable waiting areas and free refreshments for waiting clients. My service help was very knowledgable and walked me through all the aspects of my visit. It just took a little too long for the work to be completed.
Easy and straight forward They have a very friendly staff, and it was an extremely easy process to go through. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy and they do everything in front of you so they don’t make you feel like they’re scamming you.

Easy as ordering a burrito I always appreciate the straightforward process of shopping at One Toyota. Ya go in, you ask for what you want, see the price, and can easily make a decision about whether it works for you. No fussing; no games. I wouldn’t buy a Toyota anywhere else.

I’ll be back! Wonderful and friendly employees. Very upbeat place to visit. What will keep me coming back is I don’t need to wait thirty or forty minutes for a courtesy van first pick me up then drive me around the East Bay before arriving at my drop off point. Courtesy Lyft service-genius!
It was a really nice experience They were really friendly and nice, the service was excellent. They were on time, very fast service. I really do had a really nice experience.
