What can I say Dean and his team are the best. Almost over 2 years of house hunting ups and downs he has been there. Very knowledgeable with the market and can almost predict the future of mortgage rates. They know what they're doing and their staff is professional. The only thing that really got to me was when I called around to get competitive quotes and people ask me who I was working with they didn't even want to compete against him because they couldn't beat his price. That says a lot.
Ken was the first person I spoke with about our home search in Gallup. We were in a time crunch and needed to close in 30 days or less. Not only did Ken and his team accomplish this, we closed early! Ken and his communicated with us on a daily basis, and literally held our (virtual) hands through the entire process. I highly recommend, thank you, Ken!
Helped get the mortgage in place quickly, 30 days from offer on house to closing, even though one of the buyers was 1100 miles away. Although I got frustrated at times, they helped us get through it.
