Just had a problem with one of the instruments but it’s being handled promptly. I have dealt with OLH ( on my third pair of hearing aids) I wouldn’t consider switching providers and I always recommend you to other people who are shopping for hearing aids
My Medicare Advantage plan provided me with certain local hearing offices. I had previously tried to work with one group and found them deficient. I tested at a different office this year and found it professionally satisfactory, but Online Hearing offered a higher grade Phonak Spheric at a significantly lower price. The previous years of technical and customer I received from OH, and David Tague in particular, made the choice to continue buying my hearing devices from them a no-brainer.
over the 3.5 years of my purchase (3+years) process, admin and specialists have all been very responsive almost always getting back the someday and have always been able to answer my technical quests or have a plan to resolve an issue. And are generous with including domes and wax protectors and always parts are warranty within the 3years 4months of my warranty. I constantly refer people to your company.

Online Hearing was helpful and easy to work with to get the right hearing aid for me. It took the hearing aid company three attempts to get my c-shells correct but Online keep working to get me a good for.
