I bought my equipment in April of '17 and these folks continue to provide service above and beyond. Both Marisol and David have been exceptional in listening to my needs and making appropriate adjustments to my equipment. I cannot recommend this company enough. For great prices AND service, you won't find better.
The hearing aids came in a timely manner with good instructions on connecting to my iPhone. I haven't read all of the information yet but am confident it will answer many of the questions I may have

I recently purchased the Phonak “Roger On v3” from these folks, saving several hundreds of dollars vs local. They actually called to confirm compatibility with my existing hearing aids, then promptly shipped. So, pleased all around with them. The device itself does exactly what’s claimed for it, greatly enhancing clarity of conversation both one on one and in a restaurant, for instance, over hearing aids alone. Also links directly to audio output of home entertainment with included hardware.
Device was as promised and on time
Prompt response from trained professionals. Staff is exceptionally polite, patient and helpful. I do recommend you to friends needing hearing aids.

I bought a Phonak Roger On version 3. They agreed to match a substantially lower price from a competitor that was on the competitor's website with no fuss. The Roger arrived two days later. Great service and price!

Online hearing has been great for me. My attorney recommended Phonak hearing aids but instead of going through our ENT doctor, like she did, I ordered them directly online and saved hundreds of dollars. They’ve always been helpful with any issue from adjustments to supplies. They are the best!
