Recently purchased a runner for our garage. The price was very reasonable and the fact that they offered to bind the edges was an added bonus. We could not be happier with our purchase and plan on doing more business with this store in the future.
We contracted with Onondaga Flooring to put a new floor in our 46' boat which involved many curves, cuts and extreme attention to detail. The material selected and the skill of the installers was absolutely top of the line.
We were sadly unhappy with the carpet installed in our home because it did not seem to be performing as well as the salesperson had said it would. However, when we called the store, someone immediately came out to take a look at our issues. In the end, we were able to get the situation resolved with the help of Mike and the manufacturer.

Just did over 3000 square feet of bellawood hard wood flooring. Never have i seen the width in any flooring be so inconsistent. Veried from 5 1/16" to as low as 4 7/8" in width. I had to measure every single peace and separate every box into piles that measured the same in width. And the the variation in width from one end to the other in alot of peices was just ridiculous. This flooring made my job so much more time consuming it wasn't worth it at the end. I will never use this flooring again.
We would not only buy carpet and flooring from them again, but will tell all my friends how professional your organization is.
I am extremely unhappy! I purchased new living room carpet and padding in March 2016. I walked into the showroom and requested carpet as plush as the one in the showroom. My salesman told me it was all about the padding. I agreed to buy the best padding available. I spent $2300.00 for my living room carpet. I was so disappointed by the plushness when walking on it. it truly is like walking on a cheap rug from Walmart.
