Our bedroom carpet was installed 7 years ago, and had recently needed to be re-stretched. The customer service we received was outstanding. The installer was here over an hour, and there was no charge, since this service was something apparently included in the guarantee when we bought the carpet, which we hadn't realized. Highly recommend!
The sales rep, Erin, was very professional and helped us pick out materials for a new kitchen floor. She even visited our home to make sure that all the measurements were correct. The installers, Rich and Mike, were fantastic. They took exceptional care that everything was done right. We're delighted with our new floor.
If you’re looking for professionalism, knowledge, experience and respect while spending your money, visit and ask for Madeline. The guys she sent out for installation were equally as dedicated and respectful. I strongly recommend them.
Everything was great, except that I installed a plank vinyl floor, and when it was installed it was never cleaned after that. I kind of expected the HGTV experience that I walk my new house and see a shiny new floor, but it was all muddy footprints.
They are a great place to go for flooring needs! Strongly recommend them to anybody who needs anything. Fantastic team they have there.
