Do not use this place as your PCP. I did, and they have made me regret it. This place is completely disorganized. The front desk workers are hostile and rude. My PCP was off on the day that I needed her, so I had to see an urgent care physician instead who was heartless and difficult. I had to jump through hoops to get the medicine that I needed. People who are sick and in pain don't want to be lectured or ridiculed. Go somewhere else.
This is the worst and unprofessional Urgent care. I took my sister here to be treated for a sinus infection. Despite not having a fever nor having any symptoms of COVID 19, the staff made her stand outside in the cold and locked the door on her. The provider who is a PA named Claire Ellender would not even check her for a sinus infection. SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASSESS HER FOR ANYTHING! SHE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH HER! Maybe a good place for adults but a VERY last resort for children. The doctor did not have a very good bedside manner with my two children nor was she very polite to me.
