Been a customer for years now…even kept them at new locations, loved Schopen NOT this new OPC. They canceled 3 yes three times in a row now. Last time they serviced it was raining and he sprayed anyway…two minutes. It’s on my Ring and then he sat in his truck for 12 minutes. They no longer value an established customer. What a shame. I will say I’ve asked for a refund and they did say yes but said it will be a few weeks….yep I no longer trust anything this company says.

Dionte is excellent! He is thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate how customer-oriented he is—he always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and answer questions. His attention to detail gives me peace of mind, and it’s clear he truly cares about providing the best service possible. We were very happy with Schopen. However, since it was sold to OPC it has not been the same. I have had them have to come back multiple times to respray. The techs have all been super nice but, It just seems like a waste of money unfortunately. We are going to be canceling and searching elsewhere.

OPC not nearly as good as Schoepen pest was. I am on a quarterly visit schedule except they don’t tell me until the day before they are planning to show up. They should let the customer pick the date. The technicians who come now don’t check all the stations unless I lead them around to them. The last one left his empty water bottle laying in my yard.

Another local company bites the dust. I have been so happy with Schopen services over the last several years and now we have Rollins. I’m Not pleased. I actually had to call a staffer at Schopen to learn that my pest control program had been discontinued. I am very angry. Gone is the wonderful service received by Schopen and enter the multi million dollar company that will manage us from Georgia asi understand. I’ll be leaving soon. I’ll find someone local.
