This office uses the wrong billing codes while being aware of it and tries to charge patients directly. They are trying to make me pay for an eye exam that I shouldn't have to pay anything for. This is fraud. Do better.
RecommendedThe doctors are great but their customer service and wait time is THE WORST!!!! They are NEVER on time EVER!!!! And they will let you sit instead of letting you know your wait time
ALWAYS running very late. Nurses ok but office staff is extremely inefficient and unprofessional. I would not recommend this mega group to anyone. Doctor care to be determined....
Had a 2pm appointment which was the first appointment of the day with Dr Nelson and as I'm waiting they take four patients in front of me that had 2:15 and later appts because they happened to check in before me (all of us checked in before 2pm). And both the dr and front desk receptionist took no responsibility...
They are good doctors but we had to wait 3 hours.
Outstanding medical care. 2 cataracts done with superior results, Dr Lichtenstein and staff truly want the best for each patient.My hobby/passion is "clay target shooting". This means I need to see a 4.5" clay from about 40'. My new eyes means this can happen even on poor lighting days. Dr. L. did not say "Wait until they ripen." He said "If they are interrupting your life in any way, now is the time". I can drive at night and see details. I drove 1+ hours to this office and I am so glad I did. VERY BAD experience. I believe I'm now blind in the eye I had cataract surgery in. If they want to do surgery PLEASE get another opinion! You have been warned!
