Fair Like others mentioned, accept the loan if it’s really needed AND if you don’t mind the high interest rate. I appreciated them approving me when another didn’t. I’d recommend to family and friends but would certainly mention the interest rate, though I feel it would be different for many If not all of us because we have different wages, credit scores, etc etc
