Dr Gaines made us feel comfortable with the surgery needed, performed it expertly and followed up with us regularly afterwards. He was genuinely concerned when other health issues arose and has worked with our other doctors to be sure full recovery is achieved.
Dr. Aaron has performed knee surgery on my oldest son, He has absolutely no problems. Now I am a patient of his and having knee issues of my own. Dr Aaron is very concerned about his patients and cares very much about their well being!! Highly recommended !!!
Dr. Tankersley will spend time and listen to the the problem you have. Then he will suggest the procedure and explain to you. I like his approach.
Dr. Aaron spent a lot of time with me explaining my injury. I felt very confident that he will do a great job during surgery.

Dr Gaines was very abrupt did not address my injuries or that I am still injured. Didn't offer a remedy to fix my injuries just physical therapy did not address my ankle clicking out of socket or my hand I will not recommend him to anyone his patient care empathy was abrupt and hurried the staff is very nice. i rebroke my leg in the same place and he treated me like some sort of drug addict. he was very rude. i smoke and he told me he wasnt going to give me any pain meds cause i smoke and that would be defeating the purpose. i was on cruchtes and in so much pain. very rude and there was no sense in that.
He cancelled my mother's knee replacement surgery just 2 hours before her surgery because A1C was higher than he liked. He did her other knee replacement years before and her A1C was even higher then than it is now. A massive waste of time and money.
Excellent doctor & nurse. Optim Orthopedics - POOR. There were wall to wall people, coming & going, in different directions. Seemed like cattle at a stockyard. In Optim's effort to optimize profits, by putting too many offices in a limited space, sharing office staff, overbooking patients, it has given little concern to the patients, their time or their overall needs. What good is an excellent physician, if you have difficulty getting back to see him. An hour+ wait time is NOT acceptable.
