I moved to Savannah from Austin, Tx March 2018 My daughter transferred to SCAD. I had previous laser spine suegery August 2017, Feb 2019 someone ran inro me and I began to have a relapse. I havent seen a MD in Savannah for mt spine so imagine my anxiety with locating a doctor who would take the time to get to know me and my healrh issues and effectively treat me. Dr. Heiges is friendly and informative. He has helped me get to a better quality of life since my accident. He is my orthopedic MD. now, he's Great!

I recently underwent a spine surgery completed by Dr Heiges. My situation had gone on for a long period of time and I was seen by other specialist trying to get to the root of what was going on with my health. Dr Heiges quickly pinpointed what was wrong and why I was in a tremendous amount of pain. My surgery has gone amazingly well and I have nothing but praise for Dr Heiges and his staff. My experience was very good. I felt very comfortable with him. He was always very thorough explaining the surgery necessary to fix my back problem. Very good at listening to what I had to say or questions I had. Thank you Dr. Heiges for your great job on my operation!!

I highly recommend Dr. Heiges. I've seen him for years for my back. He has always treated me with respect and kindness. We went through every possible treatment before having to do surgery. With surgery being the only remaining option to relieve the pain it went great. Dr.Heiges was extremely professional and I felt safe and comfortable. His PA's were also wonderful. I am thankful that I was referred to him. And will continue to see him for my back and any other orthopedic issues.

Dr. Heiges has phenomenal bedside manner. The fact that he is willing to walk you through and explain the next courses of action needed is well received. More importantly, he listens to his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Heiges and Optim Orthopedics for your needs!

I have only had great experiences with Dr. Heiges, he has done all of my surgeries and I am doing really great, Optim Healthcare is a great place if you are searching for great care for your Orthopedic needs. The offices are strategically place throughout Southeast GA for your convenience. The hospital is located in Reidsville,GA, I have only had great experiences at the hospital, and great care.
