Mrs. Lisa is absolutely 100% phenomenal!! I would say I wouldn't see anyone else but that would be a lie. My husband and I think the world of Dr. Wickstrom. They both are so professional but at the same time caring. I feel like I am going to see family. In fact my whole family sees both of them now. I wouldn't just trust my family and myself with just anyone. They actually LISTEN to you. You don't find that anywhere else. For me and mine it will ALWAYS be Mrs. Lisa and Dr. Wickstrom. Period. I 100% recommend both.

The staff and Dr Wickstrom are very personable. The doctor explained to me my condition and my opions for treatment. I would recommend Optum of Glennville GA.

Had a good experience on my first visit, but seems that the office's customer service is not up to par. No one answers the phone (I was told this is a recurring issue by other Optim locations in the area when I called them for assistance) and when I try to leave a vm as the prompt says, it gives me a dial tone and hangs up. There is no other way to get in contact with them otherwise. I spoke with someone in the Reidsville office who said they will send them a message to give me a call back so we will see what comes of this..... read more

I have enjoyed getting to know Dr. Wickstrom and Macy and the rest of the staff. I like having a local PCP and I can't think of any better place to be treated than Optim Primary Care!
