Not only did I suffer through my daughter trying to commit suicide but Options blamed me, they tried to convince my daughter's aunt, it was all my fault. They actually called DCS on me, yet they released her early WITH ME. My daughter told me that a girl was raped in the bathroom and she just had horrible stories that the kids shared. This was not a place of healing but trauma and torture.
lack of communication over my sons treatment, have only certain times to call and when you do, nobody answers. leave a message with the case manager and she doesnt call you back. im 2.5 hours away and my son is getting treatment by your facility, the least you can do is communicate with the family who has been dealing with the mental illness.
Options Behavioral Health Hospital is a joke and will leave you more traumatized than before you came in! I was admitted on a 72 hour hold, but because of the weekend had to stay 5 days. They agreed to "help" me because I hadn't been sleeping for an entire week because I was having severe leg pain. While I was there I was able to participate in a total of 3 groups, all of which were a joke! Ms. Robin the social worker is a quack, nut job herself. This place is terrible! They bill you after they say here is a paper for free service! Didn’t help loved one at all pointless!
My daughter tried to commit suicide and they sent her there. After a week there, no one bothered to send in her prescription or help her get counseling. Last night, she was drunk and trying to get hit by traffic. They don’t care!
Omg I just about died here this past week got sent out of there to ER and had to have an emergency procedure. I was sent to community South first where I told the doctor something was wrong with my stomach just as I had told police since my dad called them because he has a guardianship on me that they allowed; they said they would make sure to tell the doctor to look at my stomach due to the pain and how sick I was.
