I have tried contacting Leisure Getaways on numerous ocassions. Without any call back. Specifically Benjamin, i have left 4 messages for him with out any response. Also I have not been notified of this company Options Travel Group, now facilitating Leisure Getaways. A very unsatisfied, upset and disgusted consumer to say the least. On 4/11/19 after 5 hours of questioning, protestations and coercion, I signed an agreement with Leisure to exit me from my Westgate timeshare along with mandatory membership in Leisure Getaways club for $4,512. I felt remorse, read all the negative reviews and signs of a scam then canceled the AMEX card at 5am and put the charge in dispute. I sent an email later to cancel the contract.
