This was my first experience with an implant. Was a bit nervous but Melissa helped me understand what was going to happen. She was wonderful. She has a calming presence.
Everything was well explained; doctor extremely caring and concerned. Highly skilled and professional. I definitely recommend him for any oral surgical procedure.

I had a dental implant performed by Dr. Goulston. As a doctor myself, I can testify this is a gifted oral surgeon. I couldn’t believe it that did not need pain killers after the tooth extraction nor after the titanium implant. Highly professional, calm, and collegial. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr. Goulston was very caring and gentle removing my tooth. I am in excellent hands for the next step, an implant, once my gum is ready. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Dr. Goulston since he was both professional and kind. He truly is a good doctor. The staff was very kind also. I was late due to the unexpected heavy traffic. Doctor and whole team all comforted me and answered my questions very patiently without rushed. I had done dental implant with different doctor. Although he is good but Dr. Goulston is more professional and kind.
I was nervous about my procedure and trying to calm myself. He explained everything so I understood exactly what he would do. He was reassuring right before the procedure but also honest in helping me manage my expectations. I was expecting it to be uncomfortable. I was still waiting for the discomfort or pain to happen when he said, 'Okay - you're done.' I was shocked that in less than five minutes, he was done.
