Dr Goulston and his staff have an unparalleled commitment to excellence… on every level. My dentist tells me he loves to work with Dr Goulston because he’s a perfectionist. He’s also gentle, caring and compassionate.
Dr. Goulston is wonderful! He has such a calming bedside manner. He thoroughly explained my procedure and aftercare, and any post-op discomfort I may have. Also, he offers nitrous and sedation. His office staff is so nice and accommodating. Insurance and out-of-pocket costs were discussed up front. I would definitely recommend him, even for the very fearful patients, like me.

I recently had a molar extracted. As soon as I walked in to the office I was greeted warmly by the front office staff. Every associate in the office acknowledged me as I was led to the treatment room. Dr. Goulston reviewed my medical history and numbed my gum. His assistant administered Ibuprofen and made sure I was comfortable. It took less than 5 minutes for the Doctor to remove my tooth! I never felt a thing! He was gentle and caring. The office got me in quickly when I had an emergency. The extraction was incredibly quick and painless. UNBELIEVABLY quick, for which I was grateful. Dr Goulston is caring and calmly takes whatever time needed, if you have questions. (Personally, I might prefer less x-rays but the few that were taken to judge progress were, no doubt, typical for cautionary protocol.) I have had 2 extractions over the past couple years and had an excellent experience both times!!
I took my 10 year old child for teeth extractions. While Dr. Goulston was nice, communication in the office could improve. We were unaware that parents are not allowing into the room during the procedure. My child held her breath during the procedure, did not understand to breathe in the gas to assist with pain. Afterward, the nurse told me to go to the pharmacy for pain medicine and provided a prescription.
