Warmly greeted by at least one staff member as you entered the office. Ask what brings you in to the office and everything done with a smile and thank you. When given the paper work, they asked if you need assistance to ask for help if needed. Cannot ask for better when compared to other places.

Dr. Goulston is wonderful! He has such a calming bedside manner. He thoroughly explained my procedure and aftercare, and any post-op discomfort I may have. Also, he offers nitrous and sedation. His office staff is so nice and accommodating. Insurance and out-of-pocket costs were discussed up front. I would definitely recommend him, even for the very fearful patients, like me.

I recently had a molar extracted. As soon as I walked in to the office I was greeted warmly by the front office staff. Every associate in the office acknowledged me as I was led to the treatment room. Dr. Goulston reviewed my medical history and numbed my gum. His assistant administered Ibuprofen and made sure I was comfortable. It took less than 5 minutes for the Doctor to remove my tooth! I never felt a thing! He was gentle and caring.
