The staff and Dr. Lucaci were wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and provides great care. They worked with me knowing that I suffered from getting queasy quite easily. Highly recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! My experience with this office regarding my son's wisdom teeth extraction was incredibly frustrating and concerning. We were quoted an outrageous $5,074 for a treatment plan, with an estimated patient portion of $3,463, supposedly 60% of their billed amount. However, when I cross-referenced their billing information and estimated costs with Cigna, our in-network insurance, the numbers were nowhere close. Doctor came in and was not friendly and did not seem interested in my plan of treatment. We were told several times by the front desk that the doctor could perform the procedure I needed and that it would be covered by our insurance before we drove 5 hours for the consultation visit. The doctor charged $350 and spent 10 minutes telling me that I need to talk to my dentist and neurologist and that he could refer me to a surgeon in Texas but my insurance wouldn’t cover any of it! Front office staff is very deceiving about what upfront cost will be to the patient, and Darla in the Billing department is absolutely horrible to work with! I called her three times about questions i had about my bill, and she never called me back! I really felt like i was scammed on this visit! Absolutely ridiculous!! Paid $700 for a consultation!! WOW!!
Please have your front office staff, and Darla in the insurance billing department be upfront about what insurance may or may not cover for the initial consolidation to your patients! It's absolutely ridiculous to pay $700 for a "consultation" when one was expecting $175! That is a bad business practice, and it needs to be addressed immediately!
