I had a fantastic experience with this office. I had two impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bays, and the whole team made this a relatively pain free experience (as much as oral surgery can be). From the consultation, to surgery, to follow up care, every one was very kind and supportive. I felt free to ask as many questions as needed and express my concerns. Billing was also easy to understand. I definitely recommend this office!

Bays is a cool doctor, made me laugh a few times. Staff super friendly and gentle. I have dental anxiety that makes things like this difficult. Glad I found them. Felt no pain during procedure. Recovery instructions simple and easy.👍

Amazing staff, Super friendly, Very informative, They answer any and all questions you may have, If you have any requests they will try to accommodate you, They have options for payment plans, Very transparent to whats going to happen with whatever is going on and they give you very clear instructions for post or pre surgery. I would 100000% go back to this place for any needs, I live in Jopin MO so its about a 45 min drive for me but absolutely worth it. Absolutely awful. Drove an hour for a consultation. Sat for 45 minutes in the waiting room. Told me I needed to reschedule. Awful service. Poorly ran

Just had my top wisdoms removed and was pretty anxious over it. These people were amazing. Im 27 but freaked like a small child and they got me through it. They were patient and understanding. It was so easy and quick. Talked to me the whole time explaining what he was doing. Not near as scary as I thought it would be. These people are awesome!
