I feel like the staff is friendly and very good at communicating. They made sure I had all the instructions and every thing was detailed. It told us exactly what to do and what to expect. The surgeon called to check on my daughter the next day and the staff also called a few days later to check on her. I was impressed with everything. They took really good care of my daughter.
