The entire process was wonderful. It was refreshing to have someone answer the phone that was actually nice. Filling out the paperwork before the first appointment was easy. First appointment was very informative and answered all our questions. The day of surgery everyone was great from the lady at the front desk to the lady that helped us to the car. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

They are personable but professional, glad to explain any crazy questions. knowing I was nervous, they calmed me down by reassuring me they would be with me, helping me and they were gonna take good care of me and everything was gonna be ok. Later that same day I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from my surgeon Dr. Vincent E. Montgomery, wanting to know how I was feeling. I really appreciate him calling.
