First of all, I never got to see the Dr. So these comments are for the pre doctor procedures. Was difficult to find entrance. It was locked and had to go around the back. Too bad you never told me that in advance. Secondly u told me to go wait in my car. It was 17 degrees with an even colder windshield. What if I had taken an Uber? Where would I wait?
