Everything went well but when I came and waiting to be checked in I was respecting the 6’ rule and receptionist never called me just looked at me and as soon as someone came in helped her right away so I have to wait longer to check in. And Dr. Guter and his assistant was AWESOME ????????
Came in and was immediately greeted and made comfortable. Which I loved. He and his staff knew I was nervous outta my wits and they took their time with me and put my mind at ease. Once they got me in the chair and put me to sleep it was all over and I was on my way home. They best part was later on that nigh Dr Guter called me on his personal time to check on me and to see how I was doing and if I need anything. Which just showed me how much he actually cared.
Dr.Guter was great before and after my surgery. He explained the procedure in great detail and made me feel very comfortable.
My visit was great . He did a good job on by extraction . I felt no pain and he was fast .
The VA community care program directed me to OSI for the second time im the last few years. Due to Diabetes and a less than perfect dental care regimen, I had to have the remaining thirteen teeth extracted in preparation for dentures. I had the good luck to be assigned to Dr. Guter. He did the extractions in two steps. Due to getting anaesthesia, it was a painless process. Dr. Guter called the next day to make sure all was going well, which surprised me.
