He is a great surgeon with impeccable bedside manners
I saw Dr. Ferguson for an extraction and bone graft, in preparation for an implant. Still awaiting the implant but the extraction and bone graft could not have been easier. Dr. Ferguson and his staff were great....they answered all of my questions, were very kind and professional, and took great care of me.
I never imagined that I would call having wisdom teeth surgically extracted a "great" experience, but these guys made that a reality! The administrative staff was accomodating to my schedule and their friendly demeanor was a great introduction to the practice. My scheduled surgeon had a family emergency the day before my procedure, but they were still able to keep my same appointment day and even called me ahead of time to make sure I was ok with the change to a different surgeon in the practice
Dr. Smith performed reconstructive surgery on me years back. I drove 3 hours each direction on every appointment and surgeries. He gave me relief that no other Dr. could provide. I would do it all over again. Thanks, Bill M.
Who knew that having an extraction would be a wonderful experience? From my initial contact with the front desk in setting the appointment, assistance with finding the office (when I got lost), to the consultation, explanation of options, and the procedure with Dr Misiek, it was a joy. I was extremely nervous when I had to get a front tooth removed and an implant due to my clumsiness, I'm always falling. I was referred to oral surgery services to see Dr. Ferguson. I can't thank him enough for such a great experience. From the greeting front desk lady, to his lovely assistants, who really made me feel most at ease, to Dr. Ferguson who not only explained every detail of my 6 month journey but also with care and humor. I cannot thank them enough. -signed I got my front tooth back
Dr. Misiek changed my life by correcting a thirty year old jaw closure problem. I believe he save my life. He was always a good listener, caring and approachable. Thank you! This operation occurred in October of 1991 in New Orleans, LA. I was 40. I experienced no disfigurement. I recovered completely and the operation objectectives were achieved. I saw two other surgeons about this problem but Dr. Misiek was the only one who immediately saw a clear solution to my problem.
Dr. Misiek came highly recommended by a friend as the best oral surgeon in Charlotte. Dr. Misiek extracted two teeth and gave me an implant the same day. I expected this procedure to be, 'quite frankly miserable', he not only had a great staff, he also performed the job flawlessly. After the procedure his assistant set me up with an ice pack, gauze, and a prescription for pain. Dr. Misiek then took the time to call me that evening just to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend Dr Misiek.
I would absolutely recommend Dr. Smith. He minimizes pain, does his job right the first time, and his staff is efficient and nice. He knows what he is doing! He is the only oral surgeon I would use in the New Orleabs area. He was recommended by my long term dentist. KC
