Before reading the following, now it is my opinion that I would recommend Orbit to my friends and family, and even though my experience was not perfect, they do stand by their work and will make things right. Very prompt + courteous. They went the extra mile to get the right parts before coming out to service the heater. Most notably was they were patient while payment was resolved.

Project: Installation of floor receptacle I had an electric reclining couch sitting in the middle of a great room without any access to power. Orbit sent me a really nice guy, Mike Monkiewicz, to solve my problem, and his attention to detail and the care he took to do the job was top-notch! Orbit Energy & Power, LLC were knowledgeable friendly and very professional. I was very happy with their work,
Panels were placed on time. However everything else was terrible. Estimate was that solar system will cover 52% of my energy demand but it covers only 2% according to PECO. I can not monitor the system myself. I can not get in touch with Orbit Energy to discuss any issues. BTW I was told that the system will start working in 2 month after installation but it took 4 month instead although I had to start paying for it in 2 month after installation.
We have had this company for 3 years now. You cannot get in touch with anyone. No one will ever call you back and resolve your issues. We had no solar power from squirrel damage for 4 months. No one would come out and fix it. We have 67 panels on our roof and should be enough power to do 3 houses but they do not work properly and we are still paying an electric bill and a $506 electric bill.
